Yes there is, but the previous URL http://www.kuzeb.ch/narf/ isn't valid anymore and I haven't found any new site of them so far
How was this site done and where is it hosted
The site is completely designed with the cool Zope Server and is hosted on a dedicated root server at server4you.de. Before that I used the free Zope hosting server under freezope.org which offers a great opportunity to experiment with the Zope technology for no fees.
